Shipping Information

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are dispatched the same day.
  • Processing times may extend during peak seasons.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping methods & delivery

  • We use Australia Post Express Shipping for all deliveries within Australia.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Please note: We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses beyond our control.

Shipping costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $12.95 AUD via Australia Post Express.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders of $200.00 AUD and above.

Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or incorrect items

Due to safety concerns and regulatory compliance;

  • we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • No returns are accepted once a parcel has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item(s):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.
