No. All products sold by RL Australia are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or for any diagnostic purposes.
Our tested peptides measured between 99.0% and 99.8% purity by HPLC at Janoshik Analytical, an independent lab. Each product page shows its tested purity and links the lab's report; if a product has no report linked, email us and we'll send what we hold.
We ship all orders in plain, discreet packaging with no product identifiers on the outside. Orders paid before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day from our Australian warehouse. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on location.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over A$200 AUD. Orders under A$200 have a flat shipping rate of A$19.99 for standard (2-5 business days) or A$24.99 for express (1-3 business days) delivery.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted with bank-grade security.
Due to the nature of our products and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-faulty items. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term (up to 4 weeks). Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified on the product page.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
